SPServicing corporate is charging extra $973.94 each month to collect funds from..us instead of paying interests and principal they add more plus fees of $138.65 monthly.. and …principal..it goes to them so much... Salt Lake city Utah

We believe that SPS...is owned by Bank of America...and sold our  note and separated from our deed..and made ten times mor ein just over 7 years..they sold to National Mortgage Association and many otehrs and had made  so much like over 34 million dollars already...and still collecting payments from us...tHis is ript off...to us...and also doubling the costs of our property insurance...and charging us..$2400 plus dollars  amonth instead of..just $1,200 a month from modification...

 

This has to be resolved by not charging so mcu monthly payments...We hopr this is a valid complaint...

I tried to read your report but didn't understand 90% of it.  I really have no idea what language you are writing in but I am pretty sure it is not english.

The only thing I understood was about your property insurance being doubled.  Well that has NOTHING to do with the Mortgage Company or servicer.  That has to do with your insurance company.
