Mark, the owner is running this one man show now. He is completely clueless, when it comes to the technology that he is selling and offers zero technical support. For years, I bought many products from this company and was very satisfied with the personal attention, support and creativity from the technicians who worked there before. A few months after my last purchase, which was of three Wi-Fi cameras, two of the cameras went dead on me. Mark was completely clueless and was unable to help me. All he tried to do was to sell me new cameras as he was far from knowledgeable and could not help me with the setup of the purchased cameras. After several emails, he tried to make up for the upset and offered to send a free covert clock camera. That was over a month ago, when I called him today to inquire about my free camera he told me that the delivery was not approved by "upper management". When I called him out on his lie and reminded him, that he had already told me, that he was a one man show, he changed the story and said that he cannot send it for free and that I would have to pay $95. It's very obvious that he is scraping the bottom of his supply and trying to liquidate his inventory.

The customer has made several purchases between 2010~2013. The customer has called 3 years later indicated that 2 of the WiFi cameras were not working. We already had new models then and could not help, so we suggested for him to buy new units at much discounted price but he did not accept it.

We value our customer and will try our best to satisfy them, so we then offered to send him a SD card recording camera for free. All this we did not have to do so because all his cameras were well out of warranty. I get an email reply from him saying he will accept the offer and he added a sarcastic comment about how we should run our business.

We ask you to remove the customer's review because what happened was simply not a scam nor a rip-off.

The customer did not get what he wanted because 1) Purchased items were out of warranty. 2) He was rude.
