I ordered products over the weekend online, and got a confirmation at this store, plus received an email order confirmation. The next day, I called to find out when the order would be shipped and date of delivery. I was told that my order would be deivered within 3 days, but on the fifth day when I didn't receive it, I called again. The rude operator said no one was available to tell me where my order was! OMG! Is this a family running this online store out of their garage? It sure wan't run like any business I've ever known. But I left my # anyway. Guess what? That's right, no one ever called me back! And when I called again, several hours later, there was still no one to tell me if my order had even been shipped! Plus, I NEVER received an email stating the order didn't go through.
Eventually I discovered that after placing my order, and giving my credit card info, they never processed my order! Their excuse was that my card was declined, but I had plenty of credit/cash in the account, so that was a total lie!
It was a good thing I didn't get my order anyway because by the way they acted, I am totally suspicious of these products they advertise, and this "online store".
What concerns me is now they have my information, and if they weren't going to send me products I ordered, what are they actually doing with my info? IS THIS STORE A FRONT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
BEWARE!

A big company in which the "president", lol, has time to write this BEWARE

So now there is no need wonder if my words are indeed true, because here is the "president" (lol)broadcasting names of people who order from them proving their indescretion and liability! There you go. The "president" of such a so called "reputable company" has time to write this BS. Oh, and I am sure that being close to the Mexican border, this guy not only has mucho time to write crap about people trying to patronize his business, which doesn't deliver, he will also have PLENTY of brothers/half brothers, cousins, etc. whom he can persuade into writing something in his favor. Check out those models! LOL!
Hey, if you want to order crap from them, that's your choice, but if they don't deliver and you wonder what happened to your order AND your personal information, I gave you fair warning! Your information will NOT be private, as evidenced right here!. I am only giving you the truth about what happened to me and you can see for yourself. And now this "president" of this online store has even proven MY claims.. This company must have other agendas, because a legit company would simply take an order, then ship it, instead of not know what happened to an order a week later and never contacting the customer! BEWARE!
BTW I found the SAME products MUCH cheaper elsewhere and ordered them with no problems!!

False Claims by Unstable Customer...

I appreciate having a opportunity to respond to this allegation with the truth.  Being in business continuously for 26 years, and dealing with literally thousands of customers from around the world, I have had an opportunity to deal with people from all walks of life.  During this time I have met some really great people, and some who were not so great.  This individual was one of those not so great people.  First of all, the person who attempted to file this bogus complaint, and remain anonymous, is named Valerie Driscoll. 

Second, she wants the readers to believe that we are some fictitious company on the Internet that just started up yesterday.  Like the rest of her facts, that too is false.  We have been in business continuously since 1986.  26 Years! We operate out of a state-of-the-art office building that we own.  We also have a full Retail Showroom, Warehouse, and a full office staff.  (So much for her theory of the business being run out of a garage.) 

Third, by nature, all of my staff is extremely courteous.  This is especially true of the young lady that she dealt with, Yvonne.  Yvonne customarily greets and addresses every caller with respect, and courtesy.  That means addressing every client by Sir or Maam, and responding to their questions with Yes Sir, and Yes Maam.  Maybe courtesy is a lost art, but this is simply part of our culture, and who we are as a company.  When you address someone in this way, it is a show of respect.  In this individuals twisted sense of reality, she took significant offense when my Secretary addressed her as Maam.  

Fourth, My staff is an extension of me.  If you are disrespectful to my staff, it is the same as if you were disrespectful to me personally.  I do not allow anyone, regardless of who they are, to be abusive to my staff.  Period.  This caller, Valerie Driscoll, is the epitome of everything that is wrong with our society today.  She cursed my secretary for saying, Yes Maam.  Thats right.  She cursed her relentlessly for being extremely respectful to her, shouting Dont call me Maam!  When Ms. Driscoll, was advised that her credit card was DECLINED, she became even more irate, and called my secretary a Liar.  She then went on to tell my secretary to, Go to hell as well as other things that I prefer not to print.  When the situation was brought to my attention, I immediately advised Ms. Driscoll that I would not tolerare her being abusive to my staff.  She instantly became a completely different person.  She lowered her voice, became very calm, and wanted to know when she would receive her order.  I then reminded her that her card had been declined, and told her that we, as a retailer, are never told WHY a card is declined.  The transaction is either Approved or Declined.  I also told her that because of the vile things that she had said to my secretary, I refused to do business with her.  She immediately went back to yelling, screaming, cursing, and proceeded to call our office seven, (7) more times.  She then sent me a threatening letter, via email, which I responded to immediately.  In short, it doesnt matter if you are a mom and pop operation, Best Buy, or Amazon.com.  If your credit card is Declined, the company will not ship any merchandise to you.  As a business owner, I have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.  When Valerie Driscoll started cursing at my staff, I drew the line and refused to conduct business with her.  Her response was to attempt to discredit our company by filing a False and Misleading report here on Ripoff Report.  Unfortunately, most people are forced to simply say, I didnt do that or Thats not true  In our case we are posting the ACTUAL EMAIL sent to Ms. Driscoll which contains the Actual Message, Actual Email Addresses, and the Actual Date and Time.         
         
THE FOLLOWING EMAIL WAS SENT AFTER THE SEVENTH ABUSIVE CALL FROM MS. DRISCOLL

Ms. Driscoll,

After speaking with you personally this morning, and in light of your continuously rude and disrespectful behavior with my secretary, please be advised that your order has been CANCELLED effective immediately.  As I told you this morning, your credit card has NOT been charged, and your order WILL NOT be processed.  There is no need for you to contact my office, as there is simply nothing more that needs to be said.  As the President and owner of this company, I value my staff and the hard work that they do.  I do not tolerate anyone being disrespectful to my staff.  Period.   I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and I am enforcing that right.  I trust that this experience serves as a life lesson for you, and can only hope that you will be more kind to the staff of other vendors that you deal with in the future.
