On July 20th I purchased a driver recovery ISO file from Squangle LTD (www.recovery-cd-disks). After two days of trying to make it work, and even with the help of the lead programmer at an internet-based company, I was unable to make use of the file. I finally managed to download all the individual drivers needed from Microsoft's website. I could never make the file work. I've contacted this company four times; I received a response to my initial email, but have not heard from them since then. I am hoping these reports will get my complaint to the correct people so I can get a refund of the money I paid. My PayPal invoice number is INV-DAE*****.

This customer managed to solve the problem before contacting us to help with their download.We have sold lots of these driver recovery disk. We hand build them with an easy to use front end that saves a lot of time in downloading the drivers individually. We like to say 'we do the research so you don't have to'.
We give as much help as we can but there are times when the problem is beyond solving remotely and needs to be taken to a professional who can lay their hands on the machine in question. We have an arsenal of tools to help but sometimes being able to have physical access to the machine is invaluable.
