Square Enix - PlayOnline - FFXI Square-enix playonline ffxi Got my account hacked and Square-enix wouldn't roll the account back internet

My 6 year old account was hacked between April and June. Square-enix was informed of the breech they investigated and found nothing to prove the obvious breach. Keep in mind no 1 had access to the account but me. Or so I thought. Two months later return find the account wiped.

To top things off i get charged for 2 months of service I can't use due to my information being deleted. Repeated attempts to get square repair the account have failed. they won't even refund the money from 2 month period after my account was deleted.
don't deal with this company or products. You'll get ripped off like I did and left hold wondering why after 6 years a business with this company they just say sorry aren't worth a time.

A very simple they could have fixed that utterly refused to. 8 web chats 3 phone calls and several faxes later. i realized my mistake in trusting them to do the right thing.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE END IF YOU DO.
