 Was asked to invest with good returns in India. I live in Dubai. To my bad luck Square Yards (SQY) had issues with the developers and I was left out to dry between the dispute of the developer and SQY. I requested to close the deal and I am still running to close the deal. On few other investments they advised me that I would be getting a credit note and nothing has come through. One other incident I paid the booking amount and was not able to take the investment forward hence I requested fo a refund. SQY stepped out of this and said that there are many people facing the same problem and that they could not do anything. All the above claims can be supported with the mails sent to SQY and the blunt shunting I received from the CEO via Watsapp stating that he was managing many employees and he had no time for resolving my issues since he received his commissions and he least cared about the problems he put me in. My advice DO NOT use SQY as they cannot be trusted. I am still trying to resolve the problems of a few investment by my self with no help from SQY. I recommend before investing with a broker like SQY STOP and think. No brokers can be trusted. The direct approach should be you and the developer. Do your due diligence and then invest.
