Square Squareup Further problems/same transaction Internet

COPY of the latest e-mail sent to Square by the seller in this transaction.  You can see that he is fed up, too. 

Margaret J, Your online form will not accept the PDF copies of the receipts that I loaded.  I do not have a business license, as it is not required in my state.  I will not send you any more information about my banking accounts or my personal income information.  It is absolutely none of your business and has nothing to do with this transaction or the money that SQUARE owes me.  I told you where to deposit the funds, you charged the customers card immediately, you took your fees off the top...NOW DEPOSIT MY MONEY INTO THE LINKED ACCOUNT! Your phone number is a joke and is never answered.  I have called over 100 times and no one has EVER answered.  Give me a name and an extension to a real person and I will try to call again. There is no reason whatsoever that you should be allowed to continue to withhold my funds, further information supplied or not. My customer has sent numerous e-mails authorizing the charges and has tried to call your company himself over 50 times with no answer on your "customer service line". You refuse to answer or accept his authorization and continue to hold my money.  You have made enough from the transaction fee and the undoubted interest you have accrued on this transaction. Please do the right thing and release my funds.  You have crippled my business by these devious practices and your complete lack of caring or real "customer service" of any kind is appalling. Deposit the funds that you owe me within the next 48 hours or I will proceed with legal action.  You have no legal standing to continue to withhold my funds.  I have paid for your service in good faith and now expect your company to hold up its end of the deal. I have been in contact with the BBB.  Apparently, there are so many complaints of fraud or theft against SQUARE that they now refer you directly to the California Attorneys General.  What does this say about your "business"?  If any normal person pulled the crap that your company gets away with, they would be imprisoned for theft and/or fraud. Your "deposit policy" is a lie and what your company does is theft, plain and simple.  There is absolutely no transparency in your policies and they are not even visible to your customers until you have already screwed them. Again, do the right thing.  Deposit my funds into my linked account. It is not your job to "ensure the financial security of both [me] and [my] customers" when we have both CLEARLY authorized the transaction.  This is nothing more than a sham and a veil for your company to hide behind.  These transactions have been authorized by BOTH the BUYER and the SELLER.  That is all you should need to know. Enough is enough.
