I did not sell the client list to anyone as Joel LeBlanc claims. The non-compete which Joel LeBlanc refers to is a legal document, executed by Mr. LeBlanc. I fail to see the relevance except to indicate Joel LeBlancs complete sense of entitlement and total lack of professionalism.  
 
Mr. LeBlanc refers to his heart stating that selling a client list is unethical, yet Joel LeBlanc must believe that stealing one is the ethical route to take. He must also believe that slander, sexual harassment, adultery, intentional infliction of pain, endangerment of peoples lives, as well as their lively hood are the ethical routes to take you know ethically speaking in his heart, as mentioned in his complaint.
 
Lets get back to the non-compete. Has Joel LeBlanc the self-claimed King of Ethics admitted to violating his own non-compete? After all, he did quote a letter sent to SquareTwo clients months after his departure. Complete disregard for the rules is nothing new to Joel LeBlanc, as evidenced in his posting on Rip-off report, where he blatantly violated the rules when posting my daughters phone number on his bogus complaint.
 
Mr. LeBlanc continues his unethical business practices and is now attacking more innocent people from the Collection Industry, his latest two victims a recent widower and a two time cancer survivor. Ask yourself- who will be his next victim?  Help me stop this monster by writing to the Johnson County, Kansas District Attorneys Office and urge him to press criminal charges against Joel LeBlanc. Write to Derek Schmidt at general@ksag.org and reference the documentation already sent to Attorney Chris Brown from his office.

Absolutely ridiculous! I am currently an employee at Square Two, aka CACSI. I have worked with all of the people listed on this slanderous report. Lets attempt to set the record straight. Julie Kaplan is an awesome person that treated employees, co-workers, clients and even debtors with respect and integrity. Any person that actually knows Julie and her daughter knows that this is nothing but lies and total BS. I normally do not reply to reports like this but this one gets under my skin. The reason I am is because of my relationship with Julie and her Daughter. Here is the truth, Julie was and is still loved by her co-workers and employees. The reason for that love is because of the way she took care of us and made sure we were happy working for her. I understand business and competition in the market place. I do not understand why Joel Leblanc would go out of his way to post this report. It's called the Ripoff report, not the slander and make up lies cry baby report. I will not play into the lies or cry about having to deal with Joel's lack of attention detail or unethical business practices. Your report speaks for it's self. I would like to point out that any man or so called man that hits on other women while his wife is carrying his child can not be trusted. My wife is pregnant is not an excuse for infidelity. Yes we all heard the voice mail.

Joel first of all its amazing to me that you would call and " apoligize" for your horrible comments on your blog and delete them... only to do this again. Julie is one of the best CEO's I have ever seen and cared about everyone in the company INCLUDING YOU... as far as white collar criminals I hope someone sues you over this slander.. julie put her heart soul and own monies into the company to make it work... as far as giving up all of our commercial contingency clients that simply isnt true.. we are going to institute some changes but our primary clients and top clients are valued and not going anywhere. To resort to these tactics are the sign of a desperate person... a top sales rep and agency go after business touting their own excellence and dont have to continue to take shots at other companies.

I would caution anyone looking for a good agency to consider do you want a company that backstabs people and puts unthurths on line or an agency that holds high standards and strives to earn business on its own merits
