SRE - Cheap Trips paid for membership for me $59.95 each and Grandma. They wont refund it. Cherry Hill New Jersey

A few weeks ago, I received a phone call from, CheapTrips in Cherry Hill, NJ. I have a person name written somewhere but she convinced me to purchase a  membership for a family member @ $59.95 for me and grandma. Monies were paid to her immediately through a debit VISAcard. I had 30 days to cancel which I decided to do. I have decided to call and cancel it before they take the money on my account but i was a little to late.  I tought they would only charge me $9.99.  I did spoke to several employees, Scott and Supervisore Chris.  This guy is a joke.  First, he did call me and left a message that I need to call him back on Sept 4 '09 and of course I did and he wasnt there.  I was told by Scott to call him back after the holiday.  And I did.  I was transfered to him (Chris) the guy had no phone ettic at all.  The guy wasnt friendly at all.  Telling me that he is a busy person.  Offered me $40.00 back and when I asked him about the rest of my money he told me that I was not approved to be refund back.  There is more to it I would like to say but, please I'm willing to file a suite againts this company.
