SRE Cheap Trips Basically schamed me out of $119.90 Internet

Enrolled in this against my better judgment because telemarketer said I would receive 2 free airline tickets and $50 in gas vouchers when I received my package.

When I received my package in June I didn't receive any gas vouchers or any free airline tickets. 

Sent package back to company per their instructions registered and certified mail in July after they had taken out two payments of $59.95

Have been going back and forth with company ever since trying to get my money refunded.

Now I can't reach them by phone or e-mail.  Their phone number seems to have changed and they are not responding to my e-mails.

I have never dealt with such an unethical company in my whole life.  Their contract says they will "gladly" refund the customer's money back within 30 days.  I would like to know what calender considers from July 17th to whenever 30 days.
