Here is a copy of the letter I received from Chris at Sweden Dedicated sent by Brian R Zaiger.
Hey Chris,
No it wasn't too slow, we were just trying to cut our hosting costs so we moved the lb's to our own network (we own https://srsvps.com). We really appreciate you guys being so cool with us for so long, it's just that we aren't making a lot of money and needed to cut corners in order to be able to keep the site going.

The domain whois goes to a virtual office in California that RIPE requires us to have. If you do a traceroute on any of our VPS you can plainly see that all of SrsVPS' machines are located at Limehost's Bucharest Romania data center.
You have obviously been lied to. Encyclopedia Dramatica rents a small VPS used as a pass-through, they most certainly do not own SrsVPS.

People may want to check into this company before purchasing and hosting questionable content.

You advertise hosting in Romania but a simple trace-route reveals your VPS's are hosted in San Diego, CA. What gives?
