ss vette ss-vette.com ss-vette.com Don from ss vette didn't send invoice for the purchase and shipped thw wrong kit not the Internet

Hi i purchased a body kit for my corvette from SS VETTE own by Donald Claus [ don] i send the money by paypal full amount + $100 shipping don told me on the phone to write the year and type of corvette that i have for the right body kit. he told me that he will ship the kit in 2-3 weeks from the order day and after the payment is clear. after 3 weeks that i haven't received the ss vette body kit i try to call to ss vette company same number that is listed on ss-vette.com 239-867-8388 is don cell phone. he didn't answer to me few days , i sent few emails to him text messages and calld few times every day. after 5 days he calld me back and told me that he sorry for the delay and he is going to ship my body kit in few days. 

took total of 5 1/2 weeks to receive the kit not 2-3 weeks and he said. [ the shipping is only one day since i live in florida only 120 mile a way from his city] i took my corvette to a body shop to have the install and pait the kit on my car 3 days before the kit arrive. [ don told me that he is about to ship it]

the body shop poeple start's to work on my corvette and they removed the fenders and the quarter panels.

when the kit arrive the body shop people told me that the quarter panels doesn't fit my car and they need extra work, they need to be sand all over not as don told me that his kits only need to be bolt on and paint.

i calld don and he was apologizing for sending me the wrong body kit, he said that he will arrange a shipping company to pick up the kit from me and he will send me the right body kit for my car and he will pay for the shipping company to pick up the wrong kit and deliver me the right one. he also promise to send me a rear spoiler for his mistake and to make me an happy customer. 

took another week for the right kit to arrive and no spoiler was in the box with the kit, the body shop people told me that these quarter panels needs to be sand all over and i had to pay extra for they work.

after few week the body shop manager call me to inform me that he is getting many calls from the shipping company that pick up the body kit and they are trying to colect a payment from his shop for the shipping. don from ss vette lie to me about the shipping for the exchange wrong body kit that he sent by mistake and he told me that he will pay for the return shipping and he didn't pay for it. he told the shipping company to bill the body shop where i have the kit install because i ask them to ship the kit direct to the shop.  this guy is not the right guy to do business or to deal with beware !!! 

after the kit is done on my car i spend about $12,000 ss vette body kit, wheels , and body work + paint i calld to my insurance to add the body kit and the wheels value and they ask me to send a copy of the invoice from ss vette, i ask don over 20 times on the phone and emails to send me a invoice for the purchase and still haven't received it till today
