On top of charging you a fee for a service you can get the forms for free (their advertised fee is $19.95 with a 10% discount for using a VISA card), they charged me $9.97 a month, until I noticed it over a year later!!! They charged me $9.97 a month for 16 months and when I called them @ 1-866-978-4842 and complained, they would only refund me $9.97 for the most recent month. When you do a web search for replacement Social Security cards, their website is the first on the list, which is usually the one you use. This company is like a leach, continuing to draw money from your account for what they call access to your social security information.
