She took money and did not give me any work for it. The court case speaks for its self. She has a judgment for $500 and still has not paid that even after the judge gave her $250 that she did not earn. With that being said no one should do business with this woman. You will be doing it at your own risk. She says its a smear campaign I call it informing the public. She has been getting away with this for many years. She has stolen hundreds of dollars, misapporpriated funds and scammed donors out of money. If you want to donate to a non-profit this is not the one to donate to for a good cause. She has used the donated funds to the non-profit for personal use.

She has a pending complaint with the Attorney General of Illinois for not managing the funds of the organization correctly.

If you do business with this woman you are doing it at you own risk.

This is a serious matter, but I don’t want to waste your time with glory details so I am submitting this brief rebuttal for the readers consideration.

Ms. Williams informed me this morning, October 29, 2014 via email that she poste “free advertisement” on the “Ripoff Report” website and she hopes I like it.

I am in the midst of a powerful life lesson that, until now, has distracted me from staying on course with my mission of service.  The lesson is “how to deal or effectively respond to someone who has decided to launch a smear campaign against you?”

Though I am innocent of any wrong doing and my integrity is beyond reproach, a former colleague has vowed to do everything in their power to destroy my business through malicious gossip and by spreading unfounded allegations.

Fortunately, the article I found opened the eyes of my understanding and I want to share it with you.

"Thank you Victor and All SBND affiliates,

I appreciate your support in response to Charlise Williams' disgruntled email to members of SBND.

As Victor advised me and noted in his email response attached, Ms. Charlise Williams was exposed in a legal court proceeding as someone who engages in schemes or shams to hinder, delay or defraud businesses based on unsubstantiated claims.

In support of Victor’s statement, the link he provided regarding the case and his response to her attempt to promote erroneous, unsubstantiated and poisonous propaganda against me is being forwarded to those Ms. Williams attempted to influence with her email attached to this correspondence.

I will not fuel Ms. Williams anger by engaging in debates or a mudslinging fight or attempt to defend my character and integrity via email.  However, with the following statement, I will declare my position on the matter to all SBND affiliates.

In consideration of the circumstances surrounding Ms. Williams resignation as an SBND member, she was advised of the following:

“State of Illinois laws prohibit any engagement in schemes or shams to hinder, delay or defraud Strategic Solutions Network, Inc. (SSN), SSN Small Business & Nonprofit Development Group (SBND) or any of their affiliates.  Further, it is illegal to participate in any propaganda that promotes defamation of anyone’s character associated with SSN or SBND based on unsubstantiated claims.”

Further be advised that recipients and associates are prohibited from unauthorized use of any intellectual property obtained during your affiliation with SSN and SBND.  If non-disclose/non-compete agreements are breached, in addition to any legal or other rights that may be available, Strategic Solutions Network, Inc.(SSN) and SSN Small Business & Nonprofit Development Group (SBND) may seek equitable relief to enforce these agreements in any Court of competent jurisdiction.

This statement applies to anyone who chooses to collaborate on any propaganda, scheme or sham in an attempt to hinder, delay or defraud SBND, SSN, its members or affiliates.

With legal counsel, I am prepared to defend SBND, SSN and all affiliates against unsubstantiated claims of file play and openly defend my integrity before SBND’s Board of Directors, members and affiliates at an open board meeting and in a court of law.
