St Jude's Mobile Dog Grooming Groomer- Richard; Person I spoke to on the phone- Luis Provided horrible service and were extremely disrespectful and racist. Miami Florida

Please do not use these mobile groomers! I had my Terrier bathed and she had a horrible reaction to their products. The day after the bath she had bumps all over her skin and seemed very sad. The next day these bumps turned into bloody wounds. I took her to the vet and it was confirmed that it was a skin reaction to their "hypoallergenic" products. I then called St Judes Mobile Pet Grooming and they were extremely unprofessional! They told me they had a 24 hour policy to call them for a refund but failed to mentioned this to me the day of the bath or when I called to schedule and/or pay. However, although her mood changed I could not see the wounds through her long hair so I did not call until I had confirmation from the vet as soon as possible. I asked for a refund and the man who answered called me a "stupid black b****" and said he wouldn't return my money after I professionally explained my concerns and asked politely to have my money returned. This Hispanic man did not realize I am also Hispanic and was extremely racist. He also tried to tell me that my dog had this skin problem prior to the bath. However he previously (in the same conversation) told me that the groomer is supposed to examine her skin before bathing her to "cover their own a**" and this was not done. If my dog had bloody wounds all over her, wouldn't the groomer have seen this and reported it?! Unbelievable. I provided pictures and the vet's report but the man only continued to curse me out. As a professional company you should not be racist and vulgar with a customer who only wanted a simple BATH. Please do not use their service. My dog has done nothing but cry and I spent hundreds of dollars at the vet fixing this issue.
