Went to these guys with a trade in they changed the amount of that value many times. They sent us off in one car that day and ended up finding multiple problems with it then when we said something to them they then told us the loan company back out and we had to get something else. We have bounced between multiple loan companies and people at the dealership who never knew what the other was doing. They would tell us one thing then it would become another different story. In a 2 week period we traveled there almost everyother day. They have not gave us our title and will not return calls. Problems with car and we have to fix on top of everything else we had to go though the gas money the change in every price will never recommend this place can not wait till we are paid off with this place and done with them. They are so un organized dont know what they are doing and unhonest

To the people that have bought and not bought from route 13 auto. When u buy a used car there is a paper in window and u sign a pape . It tells u SOLD AS IS no warrenty. How can u people put them down, maybe cuz u thought they would give u repairs for free. AS IS means AS IS. I have bought a car from them 2 yes ago with problems I fixed them myself cuz it is AS IS. WHY CAN U PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTAND THIS.
