I was called on or around 10/17/13 by a lady from a law firm (don't remember her name)
Said I made a payday loan in South Carolina. That I wrote a check that didn't clear the bank.
I made a pay day loan in the state of Illinois in year 2002 or 2003.
The lady said if I didn't make an arrangements for paying of the debt today 10/17/13, I will go to jail for writing bad check. I didn't have the funds.
I was scared and agreed to make good on the situation. I did give out my banking information/debit card and the have been taking out ever since 10/17/13.
I have tried calling them several times and is unable to successfully reach anyone on the phone.
I got suspicious and is now filing a complaint for fraud because of the literatures I've read about them and unable to contact them.
