I worked for these people without being paid. I have filed a report with Texas Workforce. I offered to settle with staffmark for an amt way LOWER than the amt of fines they will be assessed and amt of per diem fees assessed for not paying me, which I will collect. They declined, not too bright. Now I have a tx workforce hearing on Jan 5th. THEY WILL PAY.
