To the OP, if you cannot back up your posting here you may be wishing to God that you had never written this and before it gets too bad you should come on here with an apology at the very least.  If there is no truth to this you have made this man look like a total scuzz bag and some people are going to cling to that image of him.  Way to go!!  You have made some serious statements here and this could ruin this man.  On the other hand if he IS all you said then that's another story. 

BTW, slander is the spoken word, libel is print. 

As an aside, I  feel so very, very sorry for men who have been ruined by things like this and its just a shame that the female side can send a man to prison for years,  then one day down the road say Oops, sorry, he didn't really do that.  Makes the rest of us females look like total cold hearted b!t&h@s!!!  Not cool.  Hope you know what you are doing..........

Ripoff Report posts everything someone submits.  It's like a forum, if you will.  The only thing the moderators do is edit some content or whatever.  Anything submitted to this "forum" is automatically put up.

In any case you o have a few options, one too suppress it (costly), if you can win a case file a C&D against Google and have it removed (very expensive), or arbitrate it through ROR (it'll still show, but ROR will say you settled it.... for a monthly fee) suppression is the easiest way tp get it off the front page, but that's up too you. Good Luck cause ROR will leave it up forever....

At 1st I was not going to waste the time responding to report, because I didnt want to give energy to such nonsense, however after several fans and friends suggested that I not let this go untouched, I find myself here typing this.  It is unfortunate that a person can get away with slandering someone's name and character without as much as a facts check from your site. Let us first state the obvious. The person who wrote this (and yes me and my lawyers are aware of who wrote this), is a ex employee of grind mode who is at this time is no longer in touch with me.  The story that is being told of a high school student working with me is a complete and utter lie. Records will show that Grind Mode  1) We have not signed any artist ever in the history of Grind Mode. 2) I have never raped or abused any person of any age ever. This hurts the most simply for the fact that I am a good father and to attack my character like this lays ground that I am any but that. 3) I have been working on my solo album as well as the grind mode album for the last 2 years so the lies of me recording with a female can be proven to be false. In addition, I have worked with only 5 female artist in my life. Supastar of Iconz fame Get Crunked Up etc, Angel Carter, Honee (who was at the time in a relationship with me), Sonia who is on several Grind Mode records and Ms. Cristal whos records were released thru out the internet my me and her. The story is filled with holes and being that she provided you with emails as well as address to my studio, I feel that your site should have and could have properly checked its sources before cosigning this Slander. I feel if you did, you would have found out that the person that wrote this is on medication for several mental disorders and for this reason had to step down from her position. I have been in the music business for over 10 years and yet this is the first time a claim like this has been made.  This is simply a outrages lie, and it sickens me that your site contributed to it rather than checking your facts first.  No proof has been added to the claim of her statement and if you read the article carefully you can see the constant contradictions. She states that she was always in the studio, but then says I never took her.  She says I kept her close but if thats the case why is she not known by any of my team. My publicist, manager, my camera man, members of Grind Mode or my girl friend of 2 years.  Simple because the singer from up north doesn't exist. And once again had your site checked your facts you would have realize that.  Now I really am only trying to keep the lawsuits against the person who wrote this slander, but I am asking you and your site to read carefully over what you choose to promote as the truth. I do not want to take legal action against you, but will have no other choice if you continue to allow these lies to tarnish the name that I have worked years to make. Is this the world we live in when a lie can so easily be spread. For all that read this, this too can be you.  You too could be sitting at home and get a call from a friend asking you to check a site that has countless up about you. I am no saint and will never claim to be, but I know what your site is allowing to happen is not fair by any means. Even in court your guilty until proven innocent.
