Stainsafe Companies The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! A company developed on a scam with no management and ignorant employees! ripoff Palm Beach Florida

I purchased this warranty service in good faith to protect my investment. Stainsafe is a scam that only hears what they want to hear and can't or just don't want to understand what they are there for! They are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business. There is no customer service there, only ignorant people that can barely speak and understand english, but call themselves customer service.

After being spoken to like I was a piece of garbage, because I had the nerve to call up and report a problem with my furniture, I felt total frustration and rage. After speaking to 2 employees that could not find a manager or supervisor, I was told by the last service rep that, "I be the highest there is here". I felt like I was in good hands now!!! Well if that was a manager or supervisor than no wonder why you have to speak to monkies, untrained monkies at best when you call there.

This company should be ashamed of the way people are treated when they call and the absolute non response after numeroue calls and e-mails. They should be shut down!!!!!!! Companies like Seamans and Levitz should also be ashamed for pushing this comapny and for representing a company that is not even close to what it is supposed to be. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY SERVICE... FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION!!!
