STAMPS.COM charge me 15.99 dollar at the begining of every month for nothing. And, they never told me they will do this. In fact, they told me (I made phone call when I try to use STAMPS.COM) here is no additional fee when use STAMPS.COM, but this is lie. Internet

I noticed STAMPS.COM began to charge me 15.99 at this year March. I still remember when I try to use STAMPS.COM, the agent told me STAMPS.COM will no charge me additional fee to use STAMPS.COM, but since this year March, they charged me $15.99. This action is steal, because they never told me they will charge $15.99, furthermore, after the transation, they still want to hide the fact.
