Lawyer Michael D Herrin has broken code of ethics and code of conduct on numerous occassions that I am privy too. The dealings that I have experienced are truely outragous with intimidation and bullying tactics to achieve financial gain. He is even willing to stand before a judge and out and out lie. These have been done and witnessed by me over about a 2 and a half year period. unfortunately, since these dealings are being brought out in  current court proceedings, I will reframe from provinding the exact details. I am posting this to bring it to the attention of the person who filed an earlier report on this site regarding being riped off..bullied...ect by him and standard financial services and the commercial driver institute...Here is some advice..the practice of him intimidating and reporting false info on your credit report and reporting on your mom's report is breaking federal law..look into the fair debt collection act...he is breaking federal law so you could sue him under this in addtion to whatever small claims action you are taking...I also understand that his companies/and he have a current case against them...info given to me by an attorney...my opinion is that with everything I know..He needs to be held accountable and disbarred!!!Good luck...please post your outcome!
