Standard Financial Trust - Neotelecom They sent me a letter saying I had won $250,000.00,And sent me a check of $4960.00 Thompson Ontario

I recieved a letter with a check of $4960.00 They said I had won $250,000.00 and told me to call a claims agent named Terry Peters.I called the BBB and they told me it was a big rip off.The BBB told me they would ask me to deposit the $$ into an account then call the claim agent back. I called the claim agent to see what they did and they did exactly like the BBB told me they would do.The letter's address was in Canada, but the name & address on the check was Neotelecom, Inc.
