Staples Offiice Very poor customer support Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania
However some questions remained..."did I need to purchase the ink separately?", on the box it said "usb cable not included" ...Can I use my old one? Do I need to buy one that fits this printer?.
So I went over to the service desk where to employees were chatting, and asked if i could get some help...they said "just a minute" and continued to talk. I proceeded to take the printer back to where I found it, and put it back on the shelf...then walked out of the store.
Having spent 30 minutes wandering around the printer iles, and just needing a little basic help...I found their lack of interest in me as a client disturbing...particularily in this economy. I also happen to be in the market for a new office computor, as well as a laptop, and some software upgrades...maybe $2000 in office supplies. Based on theeir disdain of me as a client...I will never purchase anything else from this store. If they cannot see fit to help me promptly with a basic request which would have resulted in an immediate sale for them,...I can only imagine how poor their customer support will be if they get my money.
