Staples Wanna know why Staples takes your money first when performing an "easy" "tech" repair? Internet
Purchased an HP Laptop at Staples. Lasted the minimum 3 years and was off warranty. Took it in for repair and paid the $400 charge ahead of time, but was told that it would be returned working like a new computer. They would send it out to the same company (Blue Raven) that HP uses for repairs. Came back broken. Took it back, they sent it out again (this happened 5 times). Almost a year has gone by, the laptop has been out of my hands for at least 2 1/2 months and I finally had had enough.
Guess what...They dont care. I've heard so many lies from them. All I want is for them to refund me what they charged for the repair so I can take it to a reputable computer repair store that knows what they are doing. Staples has this "Office Of the President" complaint department that is totally worthless. Do not take your computer for repairs there, take it to a place that knows what they are doing and realize Staples takes your money and does not statnd behind what they sell
