Staples ripoff Morehead City North Carolina

I spent $1,999.00 on 11-1-2001. The guy, John Englehard came out with my pc and the box was open, however I did not question it. He came out to set up my pc, bragged the whole time about how he hacks into people's pcs, even our local newspaper.

When he got to computer description and computer name he did not say Ms. Nichols you need to come and put in what you would like. He put in "Get a life Ma", and "Country Picker". From that day I had trouble constantly with my pc. I even had a song played at my wedding that filled my page up, scribbled writing, MY WedInG FoR YOu, as such. No way to get out of it other than cut my pc off physically. I knew nothing about pcs, so my trouble began and I started calling support as I took out the five year warranty. I told support he had told me to cut off my pc by holding in the button 8 seconds..no no no!

Finally after six weeks of hell I called the store to inquire where my CDs were. I was told my windows xp did not come with cds. Everything was built in. I then find out this is not true. I begged the manager to just let me pack up my pc, bring it back, start out with new names, as he his probably 23 years younger than me, and more a country picker, and really sick looking guy. I finally got a homemade printer cd brought to my house by another employee. He told me I really did not need my cds. Oh yea, well why are they in there then. No answer.

As of two months ago I have spoke with 122 people. I have names, Id#s', and time spent talking. I finally was told by an employee to call HP, home office. I was sent 7 recovery disc. No printer, no scanner, why seven?

If this is not a non-concerned company and rude I do not want to meet the next one.
