therman of hot springs ar. i was sent a letter from star capital inc. which clams iam a winner of the american shoppers stakes. enclosed was acheck in the amount of $4,875 us dollars. which is part of my winning but toget a lumpsum i will have to pay the tax amount $2,975 to star capital inc. fraud if money sent to someone else to pay taxes is not paid to the IRS, the sweep stakes winner is obligated to pay. so i find out the internet that star capital inc. is a ripoff i was so mad!

a fraud the address of 1957 king street chatham in the ottawa area k1p-5R7 does not exist. so if you awinner of star capital inc. my suggestion is to deposit the check in to a new savings account.where this is the only money in it when the check bounces send it to the fraud divison along with the letter you received.

DO NOT SPEND ANY OF IT! you are not breaking any laws by depositing the check.and are not exposing your self risk by putting in a special-pupose holding account that has only the check in it.the government need proof of froud.and the bounced check along with the letters are the needed proof.
