I was also contacted by Star Communications on 12/19/05. I was promised the $500 shopping spree w/ a phone card, and that I would need to cancel within 10 of receiving my package. Of course I never received it and my account was charged 149.00. I call the company and tell them I want a refund. First they tell me that I will receive a refund check in the mail in about 6 weeks. Then we get a call back from a supervisor telling us that we aren't eligible for a refund!!!

I call them back today and they tell me in order to get my refund I need a written letter requesting it. They gave me this P.O. Box. and I will recieve a refund check in the mail as soon as they receive my written letter....I will keep everyone posted!
