Star Communications Ripped me off!! Canoga Park California

I was also a victim of this company. They got me for $119.90 as well as two transactions of the infamous $4.95 bs shipping and handling. I have been waiting since August for my refund and I got tired of waiting so I contacted a website named (link deleted - see below) to file a class action lawsuit and I also contacted the attorney general for my state.

About 2 weeks later I got a letter from the attorney general saying that Star Communications claimed that they had "satisfied this claim" and the attorney general said that if I did not receive my refund to contact them again for further investigation. Funny how after the attorney general contacted them, now no one can get a hold of them.

I will be following up with the A.G and seeing what else can be done. I also contacted the Oprah show to see if they could offer some assistance in exposing this company but I have not received any word back.

Not bad for a fed up 23 year old, huh?
