Star HRG - Starbridge Ripoff! Claims never paid!! Phoenix Arizona

SeaWorld in California employees have Starbridge. Last year, I went to an urgent care center and paid my $50. deductible. Over the next 9 months, Starbridge sent me letter after letter, demanding more info and copies of things I had sent to them months earlier. Calls and letters of complaint by me, went unanswered and they only have 'call centers' to speak to, where they claim that all they can do is send the information on. After 9 months, the Urgent care was threatening my credit so I just paid the $250. bill myself. Star HRG never paid a dime and never contacted me. After reading these postings, this seems to be the way they run their business.
