Stardoll Lazy employyees don't answer reports lazy, rude, uncarring, greedy, Internet

I first started having problems with stardoll about 8 months ago. I was logging on. I went to my mail and found a message from stardoll. I opened it to read

" Dear (my username), You have been reported the max amount of times allowed. If you get reported one more time, you will be deleted from stardoll. Your stardollars will not be redeemed.

 Sincerely, The stardoll staff"

 I'm starting to wonder what I had done to get that message, I've never done anything so sevire to be reported the max times allowed. And now I think stardoll sent me that for the heck of it.

Many people may think I'm crazy or something like that, But I'm not lieing about this.

 And then about a week ago, I started to have a problem with a scammer. I was making a deal to buy an LE dress from (***********) - I'm not comfortable sharing the username -          And she said If I bought a 6o stardollar scarf she would sell me the dress for 3o stardollars, (To equall 90, The price she was willnig to sell the dress at) And so I bought the scarf. I wrote in chat "I bought the scarf" But then all of a sudden the chat disapeered. And then, right then, I knew I had been scammed.......

I reported the user about 10 times and even contacted stardoll staff. But of coruse, Stardoll's help is not writen to match your problem. They wrote back saying "We are sorry you have been hacked. But this is not our problem. Go to my account and make sure to change your password and email.

 I knew I needed to take action and simply, the only thing I could do was report, report, report. And so that's what I've been doing. Reporting this user.

 Stardoll should be a safe internet game for girls to dressup, chat, and have fun.

 But for now there is really nothing stardoll users can do about the louzy staff.

I was getting constant charges from Stardoll for things we did not authorize and we were not on a recurring agreement. If you email to inquire with Stardoll about these charges, they will delete your account with no regard to all of the time and money already spent, nor will they refund you. They just tell you that you have  to start over. Very rude and horrible customer service! Well, I called Paypal (since all payments went through their portal). Paypal credited all the charges from last year since we had no product for what we purchased. Paypal said if Stardoll has enough complaints against them, they will no longer allow Stardoll to use their Merchant Services.
