Hello, Today 18/12/11.
i logged on to stardoll did my usal stuff went shopping saw something i liked so i exchanged starcoins for stardollars but i needed a lil bit more so i only bought 1 item.
i went to buy some more stardollars with my mobile did the usaul every thing was fine but when it finished it tryed to make me buy some more but i dont want to.
i paid 2.00 for 90 stardollars and i havent got them! it took the money but did not give me my stardollars i have been ripped-off i feel so angry and shocked words cannot descibe.
i have complained to the staroll staff and i am waiting for a reply i hope to get my 90 stardollars or a refund i am so f****** furious at them !!!!.

I was getting constant charges from Stardoll for things we did not authorize and we were not on a recurring agreement. If you email to inquire with Stardoll about these charges, they will delete your account with no regard to all of the time and money already spent, nor will they refund you. They just tell you that you have  to start over. Very rude and horrible customer service! Well, I called Paypal (since all payments went through their portal). Paypal credited all the charges from last year since we had no product for what we purchased. Paypal said if Stardoll has enough complaints against them, they will no longer allow Stardoll to use their Merchant Services.
