Stark County Child Support Enforcement Agency Child support Rip Off Canton, Ohio

The Stark County Child Support enforcement agency held my child support for 6 months. Yes Half a year and I received a letter stating the reason was so "Stark County would not be financilly Harmed" What about the children the money is being held from? The case worker told me the reason my child support was being held was to teach my daughter a lesson because she didn't pay like she was ordered. Jobs are hard to find in Ohio. The case worker also took $460.00 of the state income tax and it was not even owed? When ask about it at first it was not going to be held half a year because it was a state income tax and it would come to me for my grandson. Never Happened. I called again and she didn't know where the money was? There is still $267.00 of the Federal Income tax missing? I wonder who is enjoying that money because it is not my grandson. My child support was held the full 6 months and then I had to wait 2 more days for it to be released to me. I have been lied to on more than one phone call to this case worker and her supervisor. They had 641.00 since Feb 23,2011 and my child support was to be released Aug 23,2011 and on or about Aug 13,2011 my daughters license was taken for non child support. I want to know why? It should be against the Law to hold money from childrren for half a year for any reason! I ask them to give me a different case worker and I was refused. What a way to treat children. I was born and raised in Ohio and I would never move back to a state that holds money from children.
