Starlight Auto Brokers scam, fraud,unethical behavior, theft, mis conduct Opa Locka, Florida

I RECENTLY PAID 4200 ON A 2010 FORD FUSION CAR. LEAVING MIAMI OWeING 28OO AND I WAS TO PAY THAT OFF SOON.. NOT EVEN 3 WEEKS LATER THE GUY CALLED ME SAYING HE NEED the money for registartion so i send him the 700.  He said i will get the paperwork in the mail. Still to this day it have yet to come. Recently car was impounded due to bag tag. I was pulled over and car was impounded. I called the guy who sold me the car to fax soemthing over to the guy so he can release my car. now steve decide that he will come to tampa and get my car and hold it for ransom uintill i pay the owed amout on the car.

I feel though that is not fair. im far passed the half amount and he is holding my car. if I went to a dealership i would of had the correct paperwork and if my car was towed i would of bben able to get my car back. But due to him not doing his part ,the tag was illegal. Im upset about the situation.  I have no transportation and he is not answering my calls.I hope he do not seel my acr from under me and try to keep my money. he put me in this situation and trying to punish me. I also feel though as i should not be in this situation. im willing to make accurate paymnets on the car like i have been doing, but he say i need to make more. usually when people make payments its once a month, i pay once a week. But he said the 100 dollars is not enough he need big paymnets and it make me feel like he saying that to really take care of the registration.  he have been unethical and switch words around and just showing me he have no business practices. . i spoke with his manger and she said if Im telling the truth she will have him send my car back to tampa,she failed to do so and have blocked my number. please help me. i need my car or the money for my car.. who does this. please help before its too late.. its so much to this ordeal and its only been since June i had the car.
