This company is not transparent about what to expect.

You make a deposit with your money. You sign a bonus agreement. What you don't realize is that the agreement means they will deposit an amount equal to your deposit in your account and then they tell you what trade to make. You may or may not win the trade. Then you try to call your account manager for several days with questions and he won't call back. I requested a refund of my deposit and the withdraw button didn't work. I called and I emailed and they said they would give it back. Never did. 

Then you receive a random call from a random person claiming to be your account manager or advisor. They ask the same questions "how can I help you". After I had had enough, I requested to withdraw my deposit. I get a call from another "advisor" and we have an argument over the phone because he says since they gave me the bonus, now I have to trade 27 times to get it back.

We finally just said "Keep the money" and you will get what's coming to you.
