Avoid Starpoint Resorts, DBA GeoHoliday Vacation. This is a rip off company, they give you all this stuff free (so called free, they are not free), airline tickets. mexican cruise, double your time share points but it costs you another years of HOA dues and in this case 635 dollars.
I bought in december 2006, for the year of 2007. Jessica Lohstreter, director of Member services, said that they paid for the year 2006, but I am a new member for 2007 so now i have to pay for RCI timeshare dues for the shared associate timeshare dues of 99 dollars for the year 2007. I closed escrow in 2007 and not a member until jan 2007. They paid the RCI dues for 2006 and will not pay for the RCI dues for 2007, The RCI dues were given free for us for the year 2007 by Linda Lezak, sales agent for GeoHoliday.
Other things were not right, we should had not bought. It was either buy now, or you will be invited back to purchase this amazing deal of the lifetime. Don't buy it, don't sign anything.
AT the time of signing, this paper we found in our folder, said Consumer do not sign this paper until you have read all of this. This paper was not given to us, till after we left and it was hidden in the packet when we left.
Scammers, I regret doing it all
I will picket them and see what happens, I want to see a lawyer and see what they say.
Someone help me.

I will be picketing this place Sunday to see what happens. The place would be 99 Convention Center Drive at the Royal Resort. The presentations are held at the Royal Resort on the second floor. I recently called there and asked the front desk if they still held the GeoHoliday presentations there and the front desk said "YES".
I hope to see some one else there besides my wife and I. Lets Band together to shut down this scamming, lying, business of Starpoint Resorts, AKA GeoHoliday Vacations.

Help me Picket this place

i plan to picket this place this weekend at that place where the presentation was made. I don't have the exact address but I will post it later on this site. Any other people ripped off by this group.
I was dealing with Shawn Tuilagi today and he was supposed to call me back regarding some dues that RCI wanted me to pay for for the year of 2007. He never did call me back. Jessica Lohstreter kept hanging up the phone on me for complaining about the RCI dues that I owed them. RCI wanted another 99 dollars for me to keep my RCI membership. I just joined in December 3, 2006 and my membership started in Jan of 2007, and my escrow closed on Jan. 2007. They said they paid the dues of 99 at the time of signing and it was for the year of 2006. I did not even have a membership number in December 2006 and more so did not even have the packet and make any kind of reservations for any of the resorts. Jessica Lohstreter, Membership services director refuses to pay for the RCI dues for us. She said that GeoHoliday paid 99 to RCI at the time of signing. RCI is a totally separate company and Jessica said that RCI says the member must pay at the time of signing. WE were told by Linda Lezak, sales agent, and Daniel, floor manager, that the dues for 2007 would be paid for us for joining and buying 20000 points. These epeople are a bunch of liers and cheats that prey on people.
any other people out there scammed ? Please join me to picket them meaybe saturday jan 20 2007 and definitely Sunday Jan. 21, 2007.
