Ms. Evrard was referred by Tery Penny of Penny Consulting.  We have always stayed in contact with Ms. Evrard throughout our process.  We have offered a partial refund based on the work we have completed.  Though we are empathetic and understanding of Ms. Evrard's needs, we must  refer back to policy.  Our contract clearly states that Ms. Evrard must be forth coming and up to date with the Secretary of State where here company is filed and refunds are only offered for a period of 120 days.  We were contracted to assist Ms. Evrard in building business credit for Ascend Enterprises Inc.  An Arizona State Corporation.  Several months into our work we discovered that Ms. Evrard and Mrs. Penny had NOT been forth coming with us about Ms. Evrard's company.  Without our knowledge, Ascend Enterprises Inc  had been purchased by Ms. Evrard and Ms. Terry Penny off of the Arizona Secretary of States website.  Mrs. Terry Penny of Penny consulting found the dissolved corporation on the Arizona Secretary of State, reinstated it and then charged Ms. Evrard for the corporation for the purpose of building history and securing lines of credit.   Ms. Evrard had always maintained that she was the sole original owner of said corporation. This is not the case.  Ms. Evrard is unable to produce tax returns, P&Ls or balance sheets for this corporation.  All of which the banks need in order to prove she is a true operating business. This portion of the process was discussed with Ms. Evrard in the beginning and we were assured that she could produce any documentation needed to assist in her loan process.   The process failed due to the fact that Ms. Evrard was  unable to show that she has transacted any business over the past 3 years or that she has been the sole owner of Ascend Enterprises Inc since its inception.  We have time and time again tried to come to an understanding with Ms. Evrard but she refuses to help us all come to a middle ground. We are willing to refund her a portion of the monies spent with our company for services we could no longer perform due to the issues surrounding her company. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused her. However this is something that could have been avoided had she been forth coming about her company and her interactions with Mrs. Terry Penny of Penny Consulting.
