Start Up Essentials And A-1 Leasing - tried to get out of my Lease wit A-1 Leasing only recieved threats so far Dallas Texas

I am triyng to get out of my Lease as well, I stopped payment to A-1 Leasing like so many suggested, but A-1 Leasing is not about to let that just be. They actually told me it would go to collection and my pay could be garnished or a lean put on my house, in other words they want my money.

When I talked to Lori Mc Call I pointed out the fact that it is a scam, and all the other information that is available. She told me that she is aware that it is a scam and that I should have researched the company before I signed the lease. She was trying to tell me that they are in the process off dropping A-1 as they business partner but that it is not that easy, as if they are going to drop a company that is making them a crap load of money (very funny).

Could you please let me know what you have ben able to achieve so far, and who I can contact, all info is greatly appreciated.

I would be interested in a class action law suit as well, if I sign up for the laywer service you are talking about would something like this be covered by them? I will be waiting for your response or anyone elses that can help for that matter.
