I received a call from J. Boehm, 9/11/06. After speaking with him for about 30 min., I started asking questions. He would half way answer the question and dive into something else. I never recieved a straight answer from him, after I've had time to think about it. I ask about cancellation, and the company not being able to produce a product to sell. He pushed his way through without an answer.
I signed up for the course and within 30 minutes, my husband called to let me know that he had been laid off from work. I called J.Boehm back to cancell, he said he would stop everything and call me back. I never heard from him, so I called on 9/12 & 9/13 leaving several messages for him. On 9/14 I called until I could talk to a real person, I told her that I had been trying to reach J. Boehm for several days. I explained the situation to her,she thought that he should have returned my call sooner.
30 min. later he calls, he doesn't remember our conversation. But he will get the Director (Ted Thompson)to talk to me. Needless to say it was to late to cancell the course.
10/1/06 will be the first payment of $140.00 for the next 48 months of money that I will not have.
PLEASE HELP

My advice is for you to go to your bank and close out the account that is being used to make payments to them. Explain to the bank what happened and they will help you to open a new account and to be watchful of any inquiries into your account as well.
If you received the laptop, box it up then mail it along with all the info it came with and mail it to the leasing company. Make sure to get a copy of their receiving the laptop for your records.
Contact a local attorney in regards to this matter. If they call for any reasons, tell them to call your attorney and then give them your attorney's name and phone number.
