Starz Furniture Fernando Edgar Garcia Purchased 9 drawer dresser , returned drawers for repairs 1 month ago and have attempted to collect them with no reply. whittier ca California

Purchased 9 drawer dresser made of birch, was a layaway purchase custom made.  I was told it would take a couple of weeks.

 I initially gave a $100.00  deposit back in October 2015,  I was contacted the first week of December 2015 that the  balance needed to be paid, I went in to the store located at 11501 Washington Blvd to pay the balance of $457.00, at which time I was told that Mr. Fernando Garcia had been hospitilized and that there was a delay in the delivery.   3 weeks later the dresser was delivered at night fall wrapped in plastic on the 15 of January 2016.  The following morning after inspection the drawers were filled with saw dust and splintered, and  there were holes in three of the drawers.  I contacted them and returned the drawers to them on the 23rd of January 2016.  I was told the repairs would be made and that I would be contacted.   I was contacted on the 5th of February and was told that the drawers were repaired and ready for pick up,  I tried to make arrangements to have them delivered to me on the 6th of February and was told that they would deliver the following weekend.   When I didn't hear from them I reached out and called the number I was provided on the 13th of February 2016,  at which time I spoke with Fernando and he told me his wife would call me back as soon as possible.  That is when I went to the store and found that they had vacated the premises and went out of business.  I have attempted to call the number every day since then pleading they give me back the dresser drawers that I paid for but with no response.
