Mr. Ripoff Paul Stassinos about 5 years ago called and stated some company had towed a car that we sold. Mr. Paul Stassinos Attorney At Legal Thievery for some towing company stated the vehicle was in our name and we owed $4,177.00 in towing and storage fees.

This so-called Lawyer Paul Stassinos states that the person that we sold the vehicle to, whose name address, phone number, Mr. Paul Stassinos has, failed to register his vehicle in his name, so we become the victim for the legal stealing of Paul Stassinos Law cubicle.

We filed the proper papers with DMV twice which DMV seems to have lost or misplaced said information, and mailed and phoned this information to Mr. Paul Stassinos Attorney at Thievery. Paul Stassinos Law Offices filed against our credit because he is a snake oil lawyer. DMV in 5 years has never once mailed us a registration form or informed us at any time the vehicle is or was registered to us. We have a copy of the vehicle release that was filed with DMV at the time of sale, a copy of the sales reciept signed by the new owner and copies given to Paul Stassinos Attorney at Thievery. The towing company was informed of all the above information. In most cases the vehicle is sold at auction if not claimed within 120 days by the towing companies. Mr. Paul Stassinos has broken the law by pursuing honest citizens that have no claim or interest in vehicle except by snake oil attorney Paul Stassinos violating the laws of Vehicle Code of California. We are filing in small claims court in Shasta County against Paul Stassinos Law Offices for the maximum amount allowed by law for ruining our credit and making false claims. I am making this a demand on the internet, and have made a demand to the Law Offices of Paul Stassinos to cease, desist, stop all harassment of this non-existentant false debt by the Fair Debt Collection Practices and Paul Stassinos is in violation of The Fair Debt Credit Collection Laws set forth by Congress.
