Consistent with the other post on this site. Itzick or Isaac Kohn is will take your money and run. He is work ing with a Matthew out of Exantus Construction of Cutler Bay, Florida. The address for Exantus is a fake, actually an apartment. They also go under the title of Gold Leaf construction.
