state farm insurance claims claims department ripped me off ob my stereo system wgen it was stolen out of my car! Internet Nationwide

So my car was broken into one night while staying at a friends house. I called the police the next day tk report the t heft. I had a very exspensive stereo system ib my car. So therefor I had full coverage, when I reported it to my insurance not only did it take forever to get ahold of me but the wome. Was a rude one. Not only did she call me a liar about my stereo being stolen. Then told me if I wanted any of my stuff replaced I had to provide all the receipts. Like I told her it was a very exspensive stmystem. I had been buying it over a 2 year time span. I didn't have the receipts. I have a couple of the boxes the thingd csme in. But apparently that don't matter. Well then why in the hell woukd I pay that extra money to cover somethibg that they ultimatly wont cover now!!!! Now I'm gonna be looking for new insurance cause yhis is bs!!!!
