state finance in clinton il. 61727 charges double the amount of interest  per 100 dollars borrowed or for 300 dollars loaned to you they charge 392.00  thats 30 dollars per 1oo dollars loaned, according to payday loans laws you can only charge 15.50 per 100, so they are ripping me off , so i need a refund on my interest or a new repayment plan at the legal interest rates in IL.I asked them this personally, so i know what im talking about!  remember you need a loan dont go here they feed off the poor !
