The FTB in California has bee judged the 5th lowest of all state tax agencies. It makes a regular practice of denying due process, operating by "secret" laws and interpretations they decide are law, and without the mandate of the people. In fact, ask them a question, such as what is "income" under the law and they can't or own't give you an answer except a canned statement that is specifically ambiguous.

If you don't agree wth their allaged debt, then you can speak to the "taxpayer advocate." Of course, this title really means "pay tax advocate." But you can appeal to the State Board of Equalization. However, they state they do not deal with moral issues or constitutional issues, but only with the law. Hm-m-m-m, the law. The law is the Constitution, and all legislation must comport with its mandates and restrictions.

There is no law allowing the assessment of one's compensation in Califorina. Not only that, there is no law allowing a "income tax" on one's compensation. Of course, one can submit all the Supreme Court rulings, and show the State constitution has no such law, but it makes no difference; in fact, if you appeal to the BOE, and state it is your belief - of course founded on law and Supreme Court and State Supreme Court decisions, they will penalize you for filing a "frivilous" appeal.

In other words, it's like getting a ticket. You go to court and say that you don't deserve the ticket, you show photos, time, drawings videos, all in support of your belief. The judge made up his mind before you ever came into court, you're guilty; and jusy because you believed you were not guilty and defended youself, he tacks on an exra $750 to $5000 to let you know who thinks they are boss. NO DUE PROCESS. Funny thing happened, the SUpreme Court decided more than once that the right to tax income belongs only to the Federal Govenment.

Boy, we better not let that get out. You can find the "law" in the Constitution for the United States. It's the 10th Amendment. Read it and think about it, you'll be surprised. Seems we've been getting shafted all along into believeing we don't have a real Right to work. So I say, they are missing the boat; they should apply a tax on breathing, or goin to the bathroom, or sleeping, or thinking, or eating, or loving, or crying, or walking...and as it looks now, on whatever they darned well please.

We no longer have public servants, no, we have members of the party ruling us. We no longer have Rights, the lawmakers have given those to the State and returned to us only privilege. The bureaucrats have spent our money, broken our financial trust, lived off the peoples backs and now sunk us into the pit of financial woe. All while they sit at their grand tables, eat and drink like potentates, and throw money around like it was theirs to spend as they want.

They have even stolen our names by making them capitalized on all documents; and they ask us to submit ourselves to purjury laws while signing their phony documents; in other words, we are not trustworthy; and why should we be if we follow their lead! I praise our Governor for standing up to their budget fiasco. But we must do more.

The 10th Amendment gives us the power of the referendum, or the power to make laws ourselves. We need to take advantage of that and make some big changes in California, and the nation as well. There's nothing preventing us from doing that, it's guaranteed. It's time we show that we expect to have our Rights and freedoms, and that those who are supposed to serve us do not trample on our Rights by making their own laws and raising their own salaries.

It's time for the people to get rid of injustice and re-establish Rights while returning only priiivilege to our governments. If our public servants wil not take the lead in this, then the people must. It may already be too late.
