State of S.C. Department of Insurance This official federal agency in S.C.does not uphold the LAWS of Automobile Insurance in S.C. Columbia South Carolina

Thi s agency was presented with FACTUAl evidence proffesional pictures by INSURED person of AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.C. The accident happened in S.C., and therefore the Rules of automobile Insyrance should be covered.

The specific point in these laws are that an INSURED person is priority duty for the Insurance Company but this agency took partial parts of the Insurance Contract and accepted this as a reason the insured was found LIABLE ignoring all FACTS that I the insured submitted to this agenct.

I am complaining as this agenct is also contributing to the Breach of Contract by AMICA by not doing their job(FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT) and siding with the Insurance Company instead of following the RULES that have been incorporated into the S.C. law. It is a sad thing that we, as American Citizens report an ILLEGAL process of an insurance Company and the "enforcers" of the LAW go on the side of the Insurance company who have no FACTS except that an Injury and Law Lawyer is involved, and that the other driver with 9 speeding tickets and a pending careless driving who was driving her mother 's car HIT ME in the median and this AGENCY goes in FAvor of an Insurance company 

This is not the job of a Federal agency in S.C. to go in favor of the Insurance Company when the rules state that the INSURED(person who pays fro the policy) is NOT CONSIDERED or the FACTS submitted!

I am saddened by the corruption this agency provides and we pay their paycheck US the American people!
