Stay Trendy first they shipped the wrong color selection of a comforter set we ordered then they sent us a label to return it. It was refused on the other end when we sent it back, returned to us for postage (???), we put postage on it and it was sent back to us twice! We have been back and forth with emails since June 2014. (It's now 1-6-2015). They were to send us a refund check "since they are not set up to credit our method of payment or receive phone calls". We keep verifying our mailing address for the refund, plus initial and return shipping - still nothing...46+ emails later no refund. :( They treat it like a big joke/game. Edison, NJ on return label they provided NJ and Internet

We ordered a comforter set from Stay Trendy at the end of June 2014.  They shipped us the wrong color.  We contacted them via email to ask if they would send the right color.

They did not respond immediately, so we decided we wanted to just return the incorrect item for a full refund.  Stay Trendy told us "no problem" and emailed us a pre-paid return label to use.

We affixed the label, sent the package, only to have it returned back to us.  When we contacted Stay Trendy again, they said to mail it again that there would be no problem.  We mailed it - it was returned to us, postage due.  We took the package to the post office who told us there was indeed postage due. We explained that the merchant told us this was a pre-paid label. The postal worker said they would send it but if it is returned to us again to not come back there (ha, ha).  

Well lo and behold the package was returned to us-again.  We sent it out again.  This time we paid the postage.  Guess what? It was returned to us again.

We contacted Stay Trendy again to ask for a full refund inclusive of inital shipping and this additional shipping.  We requested the refund be paid to our method of payment.  We were told they were "not currently set up to to that" but they could mail us a check.  We asked to speak with someone or for a number to call to have our refund processed.  We were told they were also "not currently set up to do that".  

We gave them our name and address.  No check.  Numerous e-mails no check.  Follow up emails.  We were asked to verify our information again.  No check. We were asked what order this was - again.  No check.  As recently as today we verified our address again.  

$67.00 for item.  $8.00 for shipping  $8.95 for our return shipping.  Total:  83.95.   Principal involved and getting Stay Trendy to do the right thing for everyone?  Priceless.

So, 40+ e-mails and much frustration later, from June to January...we are filing this report.
