I ordered two "Mystery Boxes" from this company.  They charged my card and never sent them.  What's worse is they used a bogus tracking number from another order and are claiming my items were delivered!

Their "Customer Support" service is a sham.  You send an email and get cookie cutter, cut and paste responses from a bot calling herself "Amanda Kanter."

Have exchanged over 15 emails with them.  The emails first said to open a case with FedEx.  Then they used a different tracking number and told me it was delivered by USPS instead.  Then I was told to send them a different shipping address so "there would be no issue with the delivery."  By saying that are they admitting they never sent my items?

The last email from them sent me another tracking number which included ANOTHER CUSTOMER's INFORMATION!!!  That's right, they sent me info on another order, complete with the last four digits of their card number, and the customer's HOME ADDRESS!!  Thank goodness I am an honest person and will keep that info confidential.

I have filed a dispute with my card company and hopefully will be getting this money back.  In the meantime, shout it from the rooftops:  DO NOT BUY FROM STAYTRENDY.COM ... THEY ARE LIARS, CROOKS, AND THIEVES!
