In March/2013 I became a study participant in a weight loss study. I sucessfully completed the study on Mar. 8th 2014. Not paid as per written agreement. As of 10/5th/2014 I have not been paid. They sent a Non-Sufficient Funds check on 10/1. I called the Issuing bank before depositing.

Funds would not be available till 10/10, if the funds are not there on that date. I will be contacting the District Attorney's office, since it becomes a prosecutable crime issuing bum checks...I've already posted on Google, Facebook, BBB, Consumer Business Alliance, LA Dept of Consumer Affairs. I will see it to it's conclusion.
