Steak & Shake Dirty Thiefs Nasty Room Temperature Food And Steal Your Money Blatently Bait & Switch orders Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

First of all I visited at 3 am. Mistake #1 I ordered as advertised under $4 meals Tripple Steak Burgers w/Fries (no drink comes with it but they still call it a meal)

I was charged $9 and some odd change. I waited forever and watched the black lady manager eatting pickles but I tried to pretend this was not happening because I was hungry. Eventually she handed me my bag and it seemed light. I looked in it and there were only two sandwichs and I said Wasnt I suppose to get fries. She said Let me See Yo Ticket. I showed her the ticket and she said I ordered the wrong thing. I said no I specifically said the $4 meals. She said No I ordered the wrong thing I said NO YOU PUNCHED THE WRONG BUTTON. I said if your not going to give me what I ordered give me my money back. She slammed the window shut and motioned for me to leave. I sat in the parking lot called the 800 Steak and Shake number and was suprised when someone answered. I was disappointed when all he did was make a report to forward. I was so so mad. I called the police and waited another 45 minutes for them to arrive. The black lady refused to come to the door for the officer. The officer told me to call back the nest day. Gee like I wasnt going to do that allready. Regardless, as trivial as it is, this lady let it get way out of hand over two small orders or fires. Whether I am right (I AM RIGHT) or she is right, anyone who has ever worked in business knows you dont let a problem esclate to this level over something as trivial as two small fries. Not to mention, What I was suppose to get was suppose to costs less then what I ended up paying for, which was a lot less.

Rediculous that this employee is allowed to pull this sort of power play at 3 am and customers have no recourse. They stole my oney and to top it all off, when I finally did eat the greasy slop, the tomatoes were rotted, you know that day old sonsistency tomatoes get? Pretty bad for $4 hamburgers.  NEver again, if you visit Myrtle beach, no matter how hungry you get stay away from Steak & Shake. After this, I will stay away from all of them everywhere in any town. Never again, if they hire idiots like this, they undoubtably do not care about there customers.

Hope those two small fries were worth it....
